SWIG SWEET 16TH BIRTHDAY SWEEPSTAKES

1) ELIGIBILITY

The Swig Sweet 16th Birthday Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia – excluding residents of New York, Rhode Island, and U.S. territories – who are 18 years of age or older and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska, and twenty one (21) in Mississippi; eighteen (18) in all other jurisdictions) with a valid driver’s license in their jurisdiction of residence, and proof of valid car insurance at the time of Entry, and meet all other requirements of these Official Rules (“Entrant”). Employees of Sponsor (defined below), participating vendors (if any), their respective parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries, and their respective participating advertising, Sweepstakes, and public relations agencies as well as members of their families and/or those living in the same household as such individuals are not eligible to enter. The Sweepstakes is: (a) governed by these Official Rules, (b) void where prohibited or restricted by law, and (c) subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By entering, you agree that you have read and consent to be bound by these Official Rules, Swig’s Privacy Policy, found at https://swig.com/privacy-policy, and by the decisions of Swig, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes. Eligibility is conditioned on the acceptance of these Official Rules and Swig’s Privacy Policy at time of Entry.

2) SPONSOR

Swig Stores, LLC, 9350 S 150 E, Suite 220, Sandy, UT 84070 (“Swig”) (the “Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes is administered by Swig.

3) HOW TO ENTER

The Sweepstakes begins on Monday, March 30, 2026 at 12:00 am Mountain Time (“MT”) and ends Saturday, April 11, 2026 at 11:59 pm MT (“Sweepstakes Period”), and is designed to give Entrants the opportunity to win the Prize in accordance with these Official Rules. To enter, Entrant must complete an official Sweepstakes entry form, available at www.swig16.com, including First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Daytime Phone Number, and Zip Code, as well as verify age eligibility and accept the Official Rules and Swig’s Privacy Policy; and click “Submit” (each an “Entry”). Entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Limit one (1) Entry per person/per account per day during the Sweepstakes Period. Swig is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, garbled, unintelligible, or misdirected Entries, all of which are void. Entries generated by a macro, bot, or other automated means will not be accepted and are void. Those who do not follow all the instructions, provide the required information in their Entry, or abide by these Official Rules will be disqualified. Swig’s computer is the official Sweepstakes clock. Any attempt by any person to submit more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses/accounts or any other methods, tampers with the entry process, tampers with the operation of the Sweepstakes, acts in violation of these Official Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner will void that person’s Sweepstakes Entries and that person will be disqualified. Sweepstakes Entries must be submitted during the Sweepstakes Period in strict accordance with the instructions and restrictions in these Official Rules. Entries may not be made jointly or by any group and may only be made by an individual. Proof of submitting an Entry other than as detailed above (such as a printed or copied confirmation screen or message) does not constitute actual receipt of the Entry for purposes of this Sweepstakes. All Entries become the sole property of Swig. Receipt of Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.

4) ADDITIONAL ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Each Entry must also comply with the following:

1. Any Entry that fails to meet Swig’s specifications may be disqualified at any time in Swig’s sole discretion.
2. Entries that contain false or fraudulent information may be disqualified at any time in Swig’s sole discretion.
3. Entries must not contain any personally identifiable information of any person other than you.

Swig reserves the right in its sole and unfettered discretion to disqualify any Entry that it believes violates or potentially violates any of the foregoing requirements or otherwise fails to comply with any provision of these Official Rules. The decisions of Swig on this and all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding.

5) RANDOM DRAWING

On April 12, 2026 at or about 12:00 pm MT, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period (the “Potential Winner”). The drawing will be conducted by Swig’s representative or designee, whose decisions shall be final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning the Prize will be based on the number of eligible Entries received during Sweepstakes Period. The Potential Winner will be notified on or about two (2) business days following the random drawing via email and/or phone to the email address or daytime phone number provided on the Official Entry Form. Swig is not responsible if the Potential Winner’s email is blocked, mistyped, routed to the Potential Winner’s spam folder, or any other reason causing the Potential Winner to fail to respond in time resulting in forfeiture of the Prize. The email will be sent from an address including the @swigdrinks.com URL.

The Potential Winner must respond to the email notification within forty-eight (48) hours of attempted notification. If the Potential Winner does not respond to notification within forty-eight (48) hours of attempted notification, the Prize will be forfeited and a potential alternate Winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries submitted, time permitting. In the event that the Potential Winner is found ineligible or does not comply with these Official Rules, the Prize may, in Swig’s sole and absolute discretion, be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Winner selected at random from among remaining eligible Entries. The Potential Winner must agree to complete, sign, and return, where legal, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Mutually Acceptable Liability Release, and Publicity Release, and any other documents as required by Swig (the “Documents”) within seven (7) calendar days of delivery of the Documents. Failure to comply within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate Winner.

At the sole discretion of Swig and, if requested, the Potential Winner may be required to consent to a background check. The background check may include (but is not limited to) an investigation of driving record, criminal, arrest, or conviction records, and any other factor deemed relevant by Swig. If requested, the Potential Winner must sign forms authorizing the release of personal and background information to Swig. Pending the background check results, Swig, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to either a) confirm the Potential Winner as the confirmed Winner or b) disqualify the Potential Winner. If the notified Potential Winner is determined by Swig to be ineligible based on the results of the background check reflecting negatively on any of the Released Parties or failure to meet eligibility requirements outlined in Section 1, forfeits, or declines the Prize or a portion of the Prize, an alternate Winner may be randomly selected as the Potential Winner, time and circumstances permitting. The results of such background investigation will NOT be shared with the Potential Winner. Factors that would result in disqualification as the Winner will be determined at the sole discretion of Swig. Factors include any false information provided by any entrant including identity, postal address, email address, noncompliance with these Official Rules, or the like may result in the immediate disqualification of the Potential Winner. The Potential Winner becomes the “Winner” only after Swig verifies that all requirements have been met.

6) PRIZE

The Prize includes:

1. One (1) trip for the Winner and a companion to Salt Lake City, Utah beginning on May 14th through May 16th to tour Swig’s headquarters and participate in a photo shoot with the Vehicle to celebrate Swig’s 16th birthday prior to the Vehicle being delivered to an authorized dealer closest to the Winner’s home address. The trip includes tickets for two on Delta Air Lines to Salt Lake City, Utah from a U.S. airport served by Delta Air Lines on May 14th and returning May 16th, a two night stay at Hyatt House Salt Lake City/Sandy at 9685 South Monroe Street, Sandy, Utah, United States, 84070 (one (1) guest room, quad occupancy, waived resort fees, self-parking for one (1) vehicle for two (2) nights, and taxes only), and a total of $180 for meals while in Utah. While in Salt Lake City, Swig will provide ground transportation to and from the Salt Lake City Airport, the photo shoot, and the tour of Swig’s headquarters; and
2. One (1) 2026 JEEP® Wrangler® Sport S with a Swig themed wrap installed (“Vehicle”) – color, accessories, and options to be determined at the sole discretion of Swig (Vehicles pictured in any advertising surrounding the Sweepstakes may not be the actual Vehicle awarded and are for representation only).

The Prize will be arranged by Swig, in its sole discretion. In the unlikely instance that the Vehicle cannot be procured within 3 months, an alternate vehicle model of equal or greater value than the intended Prize may be substituted by Swig. MSRP of the Vehicle is $50,380.00 USD. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Vehicle wrap is $4,200.00 USD. Additionally, the shipping and delivery costs to ship the Vehicle to an authorized dealer closest to the Winner’s home address have an estimated ARV of $4,996.52 USD. The estimated ARV for main cabin airfare for two on Delta Air Lines, a two night stay at the Hyatt House Salt Lake City/Sandy at 9685 South Monroe Street, Sandy, Utah, United States, 84070, ground transportation, and a spending allowance of $180 for meals is estimated to be $2,634.45 USD. The Total ARV of the Prize is estimated to be $62,210.97 USD.

Winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Prize received, regardless of whether it, in whole or in part, is used.

A legal US resident Winner is required to provide Swig with a valid social security number for tax reporting purposes before the Prize will be awarded.

An IRS Form 1099 will be issued in the name of Winner for the actual aggregate ARV of the Prize.

The Prize is not redeemable for cash. No substitution, transfer, or assignment of Prize permitted, except that Swig reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The Prize consists only of the items specifically listed as part of the Prize. The Prize is subject to availability. These are estimated values only. The actual value of the Prize is expected to vary, based on final delivery of Vehicle and market conditions. If the actual value of the Vehicle is less than stated, difference will not be awarded in cash, and no such claim will be honored.

PRIZE ADDITIONAL TERMS

Winner will be required to pick up the Vehicle at an authorized dealer closest to the Winner’s home address. Winner is responsible for presenting a valid driver’s license, proof of automobile insurance, and paying all sales taxes and other transaction fees or costs associated with the vehicle prior to delivery of the Vehicle. Winner is responsible for any and all local, state, and/or federal taxes, as well as all registration, title, license, and dealer fees, shipping and handling charges, insurance and any other costs and expenses not specified herein as being awarded. Except as specified herein as being awarded, Winner is solely responsible for all other costs incurred by the Winner in collecting the Vehicle, as well as any dealer prep, emissions inspection, gasoline, vehicle maintenance, insurance, and any other costs incurred in claiming, registering, or using the Prize. Winner is not eligible for any cash back or rebate which may be available on the Vehicle at time of delivery.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Prize is provided on an “as is” basis, without any warranty of any kind except the Vehicle includes the standard Vehicle limited warranties set forth in the Vehicle’s owner’s guide. The Prize is nontransferable. The Prize may not be redeemed for cash except at Swig’s sole discretion. Swig shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding the Prize or any component thereof for any reason.

7) PRIZE FULFILLMENT

The Prize is scheduled to be fulfilled within approximately three (3) months of Winner confirmation and is subject to Prize availability and Winner maintaining an acceptable driving record and valid car insurance. Upon Prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. If the Prize remains unclaimed after three (3) attempts of notification, the Prize will go unawarded.

8) PUBLICITY RELEASE

The Winner grants an irrevocable, perpetual license to the Sponsor to use the Winner’s name, voice, likeness, and biographical material obtained during the trip to Salt Lake City, including the photo shoot at the Ken Garff West Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat dealership, 4175 West 3500 South, West Valley City, Utah 84120 with the Vehicle, for the Sponsor’s trade, commercial, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes and to display such information or content in all forms of media and by all manners (now and hereafter known), without any obligation, notice, review or approval, and without any further compensation, except where otherwise prohibited by law.

9) RELEASE

By participating in the Sweepstakes, Winner agrees to release the Sponsor, participating vendors (if any), and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies and advertising, Sweepstakes and public relations agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (“Released Parties”) from any and all liability, loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with their participation in this Sweepstakes or with respect to awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any Prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of the Prize. An Entrant may be prohibited from participating in this Sweepstakes if, in Swig’s sole discretion, it reasonably believes that the entrant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or annoys, abuses, threatens or harasses any other entrants, Released Parties, or associated agencies or entities.

10) DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or the Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Utah. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Swig in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Utah, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Utah or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Utah.

11) WAIVER

Entrants hereby waive all rights to: (i) claim punitive, exemplary, special, incidental, indirect and consequential damages and any other damages (whether due to negligence or otherwise), other than for actual out-of-pocket costs; and (ii) have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Failure by Swig to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

12) FORCE MAJEURE

Swig is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry or Entry information by Swig on account of technical problems or traffic congestion via mobile phone or otherwise. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, act of God, or any other causes which corrupt or otherwise affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Swig reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof at any time, and for any reason without further obligation or advance notice.

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE; SWIG RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

13) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO AND/OR USE OF THE SITE AND/OR DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM ANY WEBSITES ASSOCIATED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED HEREIN, THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND THE PRIZE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS. IF, NOTWITHSTANDING THESE OFFICIAL RULES, SPONSOR ARE FOUND LIABLE TO AN ENTRANT, THE CUMULATIVE LIABILITY OF SPONSOR TO AN ENTRANT SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE ARV OF THE PRIZE AS PROVIDED HEREIN.

14) SEVERABILITY

If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.

15) NO THIRD-PARTY SPONSOR

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or in association with any person or other entity, including any third party, other than the Sponsor.

NAMES, LOGOS AND OTHER MATERIALS ARE USED FOR PURPOSES OF SWEEPSTAKES AND/OR THE PRIZE DESCRIPTION ONLY. ALL TRADEMARKS, SERVICE MARKS, TRADE NAMES, TRADE DRESS, PRODUCT NAMES AND LOGOS APPEARING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES ARE THE PROPERTY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS; USE DOES NOT IMPLY AFFILIATION OR ENDORSEMENT.

16) WINNERS' LIST
