Swig Electric Motorcycle Sweepstakes

1) ELIGIBILITY:

The Swig Electric Motorcycle Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia – excluding residents of New York, Rhode Island, Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories and possessions – who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska, and twenty-one (21) in Mississippi; eighteen (18) in all other jurisdictions) and meet all other requirements of these Official Rules (“Entrant”). Employees of the Sponsor (defined below), participating vendors (if any), their respective parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries, and their respective participating advertising, Sweepstakes, and public relations agencies as well as members of their families and/or those living in the same household as such individuals are not eligible to enter. The Sweepstakes is: (a) governed by these Official Rules, (b) void where prohibited or restricted by law, and (c) subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

By entering, you agree that you have read and consent to be bound by these Official Rules, the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy found at https://swig.com/privacy-policy, and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes. Eligibility is conditioned on the acceptance of these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at time of Entry.

2) SPONSOR:

Swig Stores, LLC, 9350 S 150 E, Suite 220, Sandy, UT 84070 (the “Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes is administered by the Sponsor.

3) HOW TO ENTER:

The Sweepstakes begins on Monday, June 22, 2026 at 12:00 am Mountain Time (“MT”) and ends Saturday, July 4, 2026 at 11:59 pm MT (“Sweepstakes Period”), and is designed to give Entrants the opportunity to win one of the Prizes in accordance with these Official Rules. Limit one prize per household. To enter, you must satisfy at least one of the below entry methods:

• (A) Visit a participating Swig store location, scan that day’s posted in-store QR code and follow the link to an official Sweepstakes entry form, and complete the official Sweepstakes entry form, including your first name, last name, email address, daytime phone number, and your Instagram handle and be following @ChargedCycleWorks on Instagram through the end of the selection and confirmation of the Winners, but no later than August 10, 2026, as well as verify age eligibility and accept the Official Rules and Swig’s Privacy Policy; and click “Submit” (an “Instagram Entry”).
• (B) Complete an official Sweepstakes entry form, available at swig.com/e-bike-entry/, including your first name, last name, email address, daytime phone number, as well as verify age eligibility and accept the Official Rules and Swig’s Privacy Policy; and click “Submit” (an “Online Entry”).

The Instagram Entry and Online Entry are each an “Entry.” Entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) Instagram Entry per person/Instagram account per day and one (1) Online Entry per person/email address per day. Maximum of two (2) Entries per person per day, regardless of method.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, garbled, unintelligible, or misdirected Entries, all of which are void. Entries generated by a macro, bot, or other automated means will not be accepted and are void.

Those who do not follow all the instructions, provide the required information in their Entry, or abide by these Official Rules will be disqualified. Sponsor’s computer is the official Sweepstakes clock. Any attempt by any person to submit more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple different email addresses or accounts or any other methods, tampers with the entry process, tampers with the operation of the Sweepstakes, acts in violation of these Official Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner will void that person’s Sweepstakes Entries and that person will be disqualified. Sweepstakes Entries must be submitted during the Sweepstakes Period in strict accordance with the instructions and restrictions in these Official Rules. Entries may not be made jointly or by any group and may only be made by an individual. Proof of submitting an Entry other than as detailed above (such as a printed or copied confirmation screen or message) does not constitute actual receipt of the Entry for purposes of this Sweepstakes. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor will process entrant information in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and these Official Rules.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, entrants release Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability arising from or related to this Sweepstakes. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor, not to Instagram or Meta.

4) ADDITIONAL ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Each Entry must also comply with the following:

• a) Any Entry that fails to meet Sponsor’s specifications may be disqualified at any time in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
• b) Entries that contain false or fraudulent information may be disqualified at any time in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
• c) Entries must not contain any personally identifiable information of any person other than you.

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and unfettered discretion to disqualify any Entry that it believes violates or potentially violates any of the foregoing requirements or otherwise fails to comply with any provision of these Official Rules. The decisions of Sponsor on this and all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding.

5) RANDOM DRAWING:

On July 5, 2026 at or about 12:00 pm MT, one (1) potential winner for each Prize will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period (the “Potential Winner”). The first eligible Entry selected will be the Potential Winner of Prize #1, and the second eligible Entry selected will be the Potential Winner of Prize #2. Limit one (1) Prize per household. If Sponsor determines that any Entry selected for a Prize was submitted by an Entrant who has already been selected as a Potential Winner or Winner, or by an Entrant residing in the same household as such person, that Entry will be disqualified for that Prize, and Sponsor will randomly select an alternate Potential Winner for that Prize from among the remaining eligible Entries, time and circumstances permitting. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, “household” means persons who share the same residence or mailing address, whether or not related. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor’s representative or designee, whose decisions shall be final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning the Prize will be based on the number of eligible Entries received during Sweepstakes Period. The Potential Winners will be notified on or about two (2) business days following the random drawing via email and/or phone to the email address or daytime phone number provided on the Official Entry Form. Sponsor is not responsible if the Potential Winner’s email or phone number is blocked, mistyped, routed to the Potential Winner’s spam folder, or any other reason causing the Potential Winner to fail to respond in time resulting in forfeiture of the Prize. The email will be sent from an address including the @swigdrinks.com URL. The Potential Winner must respond to the email notification within forty-eight (48) hours of an attempted notification by Sponsor. If the Potential Winner does not respond to notification within forty-eight (48) hours of the attempted notification by Sponsor, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate Potential Winner will be selected from the remaining eligible Entries submitted, time permitting. If the Entry is an Instagram Entry, the Potential Winner’s following @ChargedCycleWorks on Instagram may be confirmed at any time until the associated prize is awarded to a Winner, but no later than August 10, 2026. If Sponsor cannot verify compliance, the applicable Entry may be disqualified. In the event that the Potential Winner is found ineligible or does not comply with these Official Rules, the Prize may, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Winner selected at random from among remaining eligible Entries. The Potential Winner must agree to complete, sign, and return, where legal, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, an IRS Form W-9, and any other documentation reasonably required by Sponsor (the “Documents”) within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery of the Documents. Failure to comply within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate Winner. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to either a) confirm the Potential Winner as the confirmed Winner or b) disqualify the Potential Winner. If the notified Potential Winner is determined by Sponsor to be ineligible based on the failure to meet eligibility requirements outlined above or forfeits or declines the Prize or a portion of the Prize, an alternate Winner may be randomly selected as the Potential Winner, time and circumstances permitting. Factors that would result in disqualification as the Winner will be determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Factors include any false information provided by any entrant including identity, postal address, email address, noncompliance with these Official Rules, or the like may result in the immediate disqualification of the Potential Winner. The Potential Winner becomes the “Winner” only after Sponsor verifies that all requirements have been met.

6) PRIZES:

The Prizes include:

• a) Prize #1: One (1) Tork Pro Sport with custom graphics kit, upgraded wheels, pegs, and grips. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Tork Pro Sport with upgraded wheels, pegs, and grips is $5,935.00 USD. The ARV of the custom graphics kit is $584.50. Additionally, shipping and curbside delivery costs of the Tork Pro Sport to the Winner’s home address have an estimated ARV of $400.00 USD. The Total ARV of Prize #1 is estimated to be $6,919.50 USD.
• b) Prize #2: One (1) ReRode R1+ with custom graphics kit, upgraded wheels, pegs, and grips. The ARV of the ReRode R1+ with upgraded wheels, pegs, and grips is $6,237.00 USD. The ARV of the custom graphics kit is $584.50. Additionally, shipping and curbside delivery costs of the ReRode R1+ to the Winner’s home address have an estimated ARV of $400.00 USD. The Total ARV of Prize #2 is estimated to be $7,221.50 USD.

The Prizes will be arranged by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. In the unlikely instance that a Prize cannot be procured within three (3) months, an alternate model of equal or greater value than the intended Prize may be substituted by Sponsor.

Each Winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with their Prize received, regardless of whether it, in whole or in part, is used.

Each Winner is required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number for tax reporting purposes before a Prize will be awarded.

An IRS Form 1099 will be issued in the name of each Winner for the actual aggregate ARV of the Prize awarded.

The Prizes are not redeemable for cash. No substitution, transfer, or assignment of a Prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. A Prize consists only of the items specifically listed as part of that Prize. Each Prize is subject to availability. These are estimated values only. The actual value of the Prize is expected to vary, based on final delivery of each prize and market conditions. If the actual value of a Prize is less than stated, difference will not be awarded in cash, and no such claim will be honored.

PRIZE ADDITIONAL TERMS:

Each Winner agrees to communicate with Sponsor’s selected delivery company and be available to accept curbside delivery to the Winner’s home address. Winner is responsible for presenting a valid driver’s license to verify their identity at delivery. Failure to be available to accept a prize and present a valid driver’s license at delivery may be deemed forfeiture of a Prize by the Sponsor. Winner is responsible for any and all local, state, and/or federal taxes, and any other fees, costs, and expenses not specified herein as being awarded. Except as specified herein as being awarded, Winner is solely responsible for all other costs incurred by the Winner in accepting a Prize, as well as any electricity, maintenance, insurance, and any other costs incurred in claiming, registering, or using their Prize. Winner is not eligible for any cash back or rebate which may be available on a Prize at time of delivery.

Sponsor does not represent that the prize is street legal in Winner’s jurisdiction. Winner is responsible for determining and complying with all federal, state, and local laws. Winner is responsible for any required license, permit, registration, title, insurance, helmet, safety equipment, inspection, taxes, and fees. Winner assumes all risk of operation, charging, storage, maintenance, transportation, use, and compliance with all manufacturer instructions, warnings, manuals, safety materials.

A Prize may not be suitable for all riders and may carry risk of serious injury or death.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, a Prize is provided on an “as is” basis, without any warranty of any kind except the manufacturer’s limited warranties set forth in a Prize’s owner’s guide. Each Prize is nontransferable. Each Prize may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding a Prize or any component thereof for any reason.

7) PRIZE FULFILLMENT:

Each Prize is scheduled to be fulfilled within approximately three (3) months of Winner confirmation and is subject to Prize availability. Upon Prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. If a Prize remains unclaimed after a Potential Winner fails to be confirmed the Winner and an alternate Potential Winner fails to be confirmed the Winner, that Prize will go unawarded.

8) PUBLICITY RELEASE:

By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Winner agrees to give their irrevocable, perpetual, transferable, and royalty-free permission and right to the Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, employees, agents, affiliates, licensees, successors, assigns, and any third parties acting on their behalf, providing services, or authorized by the Sponsor (collectively the “Authorized Persons”) in connection with materials that include each Winner’s name, voice, likeness, and biographical information (the “Winner’s Likeness”) to use the Winner’s Likeness for any purpose including the administration of the Sweepstakes and business and advertising of Sponsor throughout the world in all media now known or hereafter existing (including print, packaging, television, radio, film, digital, internet, social media, websites, and mobile apps) and to display such information or content and by all manners (now and hereafter known). Winners do not have the right to review or approve how the Winner’s Likeness is used. Each Winner waives any moral rights that they may have in the materials that are created by or on behalf of the Sponsor that include the Winner’s Likeness.

9) RELEASE:

By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees to release the Sponsor, participating vendors (if any), and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies and advertising, Sweepstakes and public relations agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (“Released Parties”) from any and all liability, loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with their participation in this Sweepstakes or with respect to awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any Prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of the Prize. An Entrant may be prohibited from participating in this Sweepstakes if, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, it reasonably believes that the entrant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or annoys, abuses, threatens or harasses any other entrants, Released Parties, or associated agencies or entities.

Entrant expressly waives and releases any and all claims, now known or hereafter known, against the Released Parties on account of injury, disability, death, or property damage arising out of or attributable to Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or with respect to awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of the Prize, whether arising out of the ordinary negligence of the Sponsor or any Released Parties or otherwise.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, each Winner irrevocably releases and waives all of their legal and equitable rights relating to all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, and expenses, including but not limited to claims for copyright or trademark infringement, infringement of moral rights, libel, defamation, invasion of any rights of privacy (including intrusion, false light, public disclosure of private facts, and misappropriation of name or likeness), violation of rights of publicity, physical or emotional injury or distress, or any similar claim or cause of action in tort, contract, or any other legal theory, now or hereafter known in any jurisdiction throughout the world (collectively, “Claims”), arising directly or indirectly from the Authorized Persons’ exercise of their rights under these Official Rules including the production, exhibition, exploitation, advertising, promotion, or other use of the materials including the Winner’s Likeness, and whether resulting in whole or in part from the negligence of the Authorized Persons, and each Winner covenants not to make or bring any Claim against any Authorized Persons and forever releases and discharges the Authorized Persons from liability under the Claims. Entrant understands that the Sponsor is relying on these Official Rules, and each Winner agrees that these Official Rules cannot be unilaterally terminated, rescinded, or modified by a Winner.

10) DISPUTES:

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or the Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Utah. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Utah, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Utah or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Utah.

11) WAIVER:

Entrants hereby waive all rights to: (i) claim punitive, exemplary, special, incidental, indirect and consequential damages and any other damages (whether due to negligence or otherwise), other than for actual out-of-pocket costs; and (ii) have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

12) FORCE MAJEURE:

Sponsor is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry or Entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion via mobile phone or otherwise. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, act of God, or any other causes which corrupt or otherwise affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof at any time, and for any reason without further obligation or advance notice. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

13) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES:

IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO AND/OR USE OF THE SITE AND/OR DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM ANY WEBSITES ASSOCIATED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED HEREIN, THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND THE PRIZE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS. IF, NOTWITHSTANDING THESE OFFICIAL RULES, SPONSOR IS FOUND LIABLE TO AN ENTRANT, THE CUMULATIVE LIABILITY OF SPONSOR TO AN ENTRANT SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE ARV OF THE PRIZE AS PROVIDED HEREIN.

14) SEVERABILITY:

If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.

15) NO THIRD-PARTY SPONSOR:

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or in association with any person or other entity, including any third party, other than the Sponsor. NAMES, LOGOS AND OTHER MATERIALS ARE USED FOR PURPOSES OF SWEEPSTAKES AND/OR THE PRIZE DESCRIPTION ONLY. ALL TRADEMARKS, SERVICE MARKS, TRADE NAMES, TRADE DRESS, PRODUCT NAMES AND LOGOS APPEARING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES ARE THE PROPERTY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS; USE DOES NOT IMPLY AFFILIATION OR ENDORSEMENT.

16) WINNERS LIST:
